- $50 application fee per adult (18 years of age and older) that would be living in the home need to apply. This fee is non-refundable.

- We check credit history: Credit score must be 620 or above.

- We check criminal background: no felonies within the last 5 years

- We check rental history (if any): Unlawful detainers and/or evictions could be an automatic denial.

- Income verification required: 3x the rent in gross income.
